Answer:	It mainly measure the cushion seat width. For example, if you want to cover left hand seats, and total width of seat cushions 50", you will buy a 50x62" to cover that parts.

Answer:	Please measure width of each side of L shape couch. Then add 3-10" to match the cover. The extra length will tuck into the cushion.
