Question:	If I prime this pump, can it then pull water from 16' down in the ground
Answer:	Yes it can but it depends on the type of chemical you plan on spraying. This pump has EPDM valves which has a wide range of chemical resistances. I recommend checking https://www.polymax.in/chem-compatibility/ and selecting EPDM for your rubber compound. From there you can check for chemical compatibility. If you plan on using it for this case, we always recommend flushing out the pump with water after use to prevent any unnecessary wear and tear on the internals.

The harness is rated for up to 20 AH, and has 12 gauge wire which should be the minimum wire thickness used for a pump drawing 17AH. Answer:	I'd say yes. Depending on elevation difference between the tank and sink. Bigger difference = less water flow until gravity wins and stops flow.

According to the manufacturer, this pump can handle up to 160ft of head pressure (with the max rated air input of 110psi). That comes out to 70psi of pressure from the pump, max. If your system flows well, it won't have that much pressure on your out-flow. It has a max suction of 0.71psi

Answer:	It depends. How flow/pressure do you want after the 12 foot rise? I use this pump to lift water about 8 feet through high pressure irrigation hose with no problems. At the end of my rise is a low flow application and the pressure switch cycles the pump off/on and I decreased the pressure switch. If you leave the pressure switch alone I am sure you can move water 12 feet up. I would reduce the outlet hose size. Not sure how much flow you will get but it will not be a fire hose for sure.

Question:	Does the pump need water inside it to “self prime” or can it pull air until water is introduced back into the system
Answer:	I would say so,the pressure can be turned up to 80 or 85 psi

Answer:	with proper fittings have it hooked up to household 3/4 inch pipe for emergency, water pressure on low side compared to city pressure but is usable

Answer:	The are the same when you open the valve the pump turns on when you close it the pump shuts off the pressure switch on this pump is garbage mine stopped working only after 7 or 8 cycles literally the same day I installed it it did not shut off and popped the pex pipe that is supposed to be good for 120psi

Answer:	I Did not see any adjustment on the pump. Mine didnt have a pressure switch on itsorry I couldn't help

Working Principle

In the pump two symmetrical working chamber each equipped with a diaphragm, the center link will be integrated into one. Compressed air from the pump inlet into the valve, through the valve body to introduce compressed air into one of the chamber to promote movement of the diaphragm chamber, while the other chamber gas emissions. Once the end of the stroke is reached, the gas distribution mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into the other working chamber to push the diaphragm in the opposite direction so that the two diaphragms move back and forth in unison.

DC HOUSE F42 Series 12V DC

Our F42 series is designed as a sealed pure copper motor that makes the pump have low consumption and high performance. Adjustable Pressure Switch

Open the lid on the top, tighten clockwise to increase pressure, unscrew counterclockwise to reduce the pressure. Turns on/off at 55 PSI.

The filter can be removed for cleaning.
