Question:	Can this be shipped to California
Answer:	Yes you can, but you'll eventually want to change them anyway. Activated carbon (charcoal) works by adsorbing odor molecules in its micropore structure. However, after a while, the pores will become saturated. There's no way to re-activate the carbon by washing it (it requires a heat based regeneration). So yes, you can wash them if you are worried about visible gunk that's on them (water won't harm it) but if you're trying to prolong the use of the filter's carbon capacity, you won't get that by washing it. Hope that helps.
Question:	Does it have some weight to it almost like a real pistol
Answer:	I have the very same question! Why wasn't there any literature included with shipment explaining how to replace filter. I have replaced filter without removing lid for same reasons as stated, but find it a little difficult, but possible. Noticed that filter molds with time, but remove and clean. 2 filters are included with order, so cleaned filter can be dried & stored for future use. I do LOVE compost bin...great quality & design.

Answer:	I've had my pail for 3 years and wash it in the dishwasher occasionally, if there's room; however, I usually need it right away, so I more often wash it by hand using hot water and a bit of dishsoap and hand dry it with a clean cloth. It has some stains inside, but that's to be expected over time. It's stainless steel, but it still stained. Remember to remove the charcoal filter before washing the lid!

Answer:	I've only replaced the filter once. The old one, which I washed once a month, started growing mold when I forgot to wash it one month. I tried to wash the filter anyway, but the mold started come back in a day or two, so I replaced it. I dry the filter in the sun, if I can. Mine came with 4 filters, so I still have 2 after three years. I've not seen any rusting inside or out. I put a lot of scraps in it daily (egg shells, avocado skins, spoiled leftovers, peels, fruit pits, houseplant droppings, etc.). We have commercial composting in my city, so I dump the compost 1-2x a week at a Whole Foods close by. I haven't got a yard, but I still compost, because I grew up doing thanks to my Mom (excellent gardener, she was). Food has stuck to the inside of my pail every so often, but it comes off easily when I soak it in hot water and dish soap or put it in the dishwasher.

Answer:	You should be able to; I have done it with even different varieties of zoysia because the areas were heavily sloped. The only thing I think is an issue is watering. Because the seeds do not need deep watering (just water frequently shallow), it may not be enough for the plugs which need more water penetration for root development. Be aware that constantly watering and keeping newly established grass wet makes them more susceptible to diseases. If you are going to mix, make sure to water them differently (ie if using sprinklers, water based on the seeds' needs and manually go over the plugs).
Question:	Is it easy to put together
Answer:	Amazing how people have such a bad attitude. Yes, Zoysia isn't the easiest seed to grow, but if you do soil testing and till the soil and correct any soil issues and follow the directions, have plenty of direct sunlight, this seed will grow. Most insect killers should be fine. Just read everything on the label and if you don't see any contraindications, you should be good to go. The staff at the Patten Seed Company are really helpful if you reach out to them.

Answer:	There is an indentation in the butt of the pistol. If you can't separate the grip with your thumbnail use a small thin bladed screw driver. Put a drop of Pelgun oil on the top of your co2 cartridge to help lubricate the seal. One half of the butt has an allen wrench and can be used to tighten the cartridge. Tighten until you hear a slight hiss of air and then a little bit more. You don't want to overtighten it.Have fun.

Answer:	It's a REVOLVER. The action is completely different. It shoots one round for every trigger pull, as it is DOUBLE ACTION. However, since this is a revolver, it doesn't fit into semi auto territory. One shot per every trigger pull usually means semi auto, unless we're talking about a revolver (since that would only count as double action)

Answer:	No, they are on the small side. I ordered 4 and 2 of them came apart on the first few shots. My nephew was able to get one of them back together and working, but the other one had broken parts. The kids had a great time with them and shot tons of ammo over a three day period, but I don't see them lasting very long.
