But once they’re exposed to the elements (dirt, water, sunlight, etc) they begin the breakdown process. I’ve found that they last easily more than 3 years because I’ve pulled bbs out of the dirt in my backyard and after 3 years they’ve barely started cracking. That is my experience and others may weigh in with different experiences than mine. Overall best thing to do is store them in a dry area away from sunlight. |
