Answer:	Hi! We limit the amount of characters per line to make sure the writing does not get too small to easily read. You can send us a note with your order and we will try to add your additional characters. For this item, I notice that we can put 26 characters on line1 and 32 for line 2 &3. I have updated the customization for you to add 32 characters to line 2 & 3. Hopefully this helps better create your message!
