If you search online there are many videos out there showing how "flushable wipes" refuse to break down, even after extended time.

Answer:	For the Gallon 128oz bottle you have to fill it to the tippy top rim to reach 128oz. Literally to the top just before it starts to spill out LOL I filled this gallon bottle using 10oz water bottles. It took 13/10oz bottles to fill it completely to the tippy top rim. It was about 2oz of water left in the 13th bottle. It took 10/10oz bottles to reach the 7am marker which equals 100oz. It took just shy of 3 more 10oz bottles to fill it to the tippy top rim which was 28oz. Filling the bottle to the 7am line is 100oz From the 7am line to the tippy top is 28oz Between each 2hr line marker (bottom to 9pm-7pm-5pm-3pm-1pm-11am-9am-7am) is 12.5oz. That's 8 line markers x 12.5oz = 100oz at the 7am marker. I hope I explained this fully and it was helpful.

Answer:	Mine was like that at first, it was the vacuum breaker was partially stuck to the lid. Ion stuck a part of the disk of the vacuum breaker and it worked far better - at least until the whole vacuum breaker thingy disappeared, it does drink very easily, but it no longer seals against spills if I knock the bottle over

Answer:	This bottle isn’t really made for hot liquids, just cold, so if you put hot in it, I’d imagine the bottle itself getting too hot to hold and could possibly burn your hands. This is an excellent bottle for cold liquids only. Hope this helps :)

Question:	Are you bringing back smaller sizes? I'm getting these for everyone in my family and the gallon is too big for the smaller children. Love this idea
Answer:	The straw just bends to close. If it won’t close, unscrew the top and play with the straw at the bend (at the end of the mouth piece). I have 4 of these water bottles and am a little stumped as to why one won’t close.
Question:	Might be a silly question but are you supposed to fill it all the way or to the 7 am mark
Answer:	I use the dishwasher. With it being "tall" I put it where one of the jets will spray into it. The straw and lid I soak in hot dish soap water to kill all the bacteria and give it a little scrub after myself. As far as the strap goes I put the over a couple of the "stems" in the dishwasher. It typically will stay there.
