Question:	How long does it keep your drink cool
Answer:	Unfortunately, this bottle doesn't keep the drink cool for very long. I've tried filling it with ice but it just quickly melts and I'm left with warm water throughout the day.

Question:	Does anyone know how to get the darn strap off so I can wash it?.... it seems tightly placed along the neck, almost as if you aren’t supposed to take

Question:	Do prices of fruit break down from the infused and into the water? Like strawberry seeds
Answer:	Upon inspection, the ingredients for both product appear to be the same. I can only assume that the packaging was created to address different situations. Question:	Does this come as a set of 5 as shown in the photo
Answer:	You drip the desired amount of the blend in the palm of your hand, rub your hands lightly together and massage the blend on your dog's neck and front of the chest. You can also apply it to the paw pads (underneath the paws), drip it on bedding or a bandana / cotton collar. Hold the bottle vertical to release any air bubbles trapped inside the dripper insert, it will allow the blend to drip more easily.
Question:	Can i use a tea bag in this
Answer:	We sell quite a lot to grooming salons. They say they apply the blend about 15 min or so before grooming. I would recommend using the blend a couple of times first where your dog is just hanging out and already calm. That way the scent is associated with that. If you only use it for nail trims, then to the dog that scent is connected to getting a nail trimming. It will still work but the effect will be better with a positive association.
Question:	Any recommendations on how long you can reuse whatever your infusing the water with? How long (i.e. 1 day) or how many refills before replacing fruit
Answer:	The blend is made with the following essential oils: Mandarin, Petitgrain, Sweet Marjoram, Neroli, and Spikenard. Blended in Safflower Oil.
