Answer:	Dont run it thru the dishwasher or soak it in water. I have had no issue and use it everyday.

1. Remove lid (A) by twisting counterclockwise.

2. Pull down the locking-ring (B) located on lid (A) of the bottle. Press the push-button (D) on the lid (A) to open lid cover (C).

3. Pull out spout gasket (C1) from underside of lid cover (C) to completely remove it.

4. Remove the o-ring gasket (A1) from underside of lid.

5. Wash all parts separately and re-assemble.

a. Ensure gaskets (A1 and C1) are properly seated to minimize leaking.

6. Fill container with beverage. Do not overfill: Leave space for lid (A) to avoid overflow.

7. Replace the lid (A) by twisting it clockwise.

8. To drink, pull down the locking-ring (B) located on lid (A) of the bottle. Push the button (D) located on the lid (A) of the bottle, which will release the lid cover (C) and reveal the drink opening.

9. When finished drinking, close and lock the lid cover (C) by securing the locking-ring (B) over the button (D).

Answer:	About half the size of a soda pop can opening....
Question:	Is this dishwasher safe
Answer:	I would rinse regularly and wash only once in a while in the upper rack just like with juicer parts or my tall 16 oz bullet blender cups (I use almost every morning) since the manufacturer says to hand wash it. The main problem is it is so tall that any machine will have problems reaching the bottom. I have the same problem with my 16 oz bullet blender cups. I have to hand rinse when done and then hand wash every few uses and then once a while machine wash. They are plastic so eventually the get hairline cracks but these should do much better. Since the heating element is on the bottom they recommend using the top rack. I have had "dishwasher safe" plastic items melt if put in the lower rack but the upper rack is safe. The heating element gets much hotter then the water and air above it.
Question:	Does this bottle fit in a car cup holder
Answer:	Yes and No...... If you use the bottle only it fits in a car cup holder nicely. It’s tall but I have never had any problems with keeping the bottle secure during regular driving or turns. However.... today I had a cloth bottle cover on it. That made the bottle too wide for the cup holder. I was unable to secure it in the cup holder at all.
Question:	Is it safe to cut up lemons and limes to put in water, or might the acids damage the stainless steel
Answer:	I’ve been adding lemon juice to these bottles for years. No corrosion or staining. Note that citrus reacts with aluminum, not stainless steel.

Answer:	The UPS itself uses about 1A of power charging the batteries. The power limit on the thing is 2200VA/120V=18A. Maybe it's 1320W/120V=11A. I don't really know the difference between Watts and VA. Anyway, this will draw no more than 20A from the wall. That applies to the 20A version and the 30A version. The difference is literally just the plug. Get the 20A if you have a half-sideways outlet, get the 30A if you have a round outlet. If you have a normal vertical outlet then feel free to use an adapter, just don't plug more than 14A of stuff into it.

Answer:	This product is good for hair, or grease clogs. Do not use on clogged toilets, since mainly toilets get clogged with paper. Ley is more potent, but can be corrosive and toxic. Our product is a balance between power and safety. For severe clogs you should pour 16 ounces of this product down the drain, and leave overnight (at least 5 to 6 hours) and then flush with boiling water.

Answer:	Totally normal. Computer uses this to establish that you are actually in the water and doesn't activate until you are 6' deep I believe. Also automatically shuts off when it is dry.

Answer:	Absolutely
Question:	how long do liquids poured in last cold with and without ice, also it says 64 ounces does that mean it will over flow at 64 or will there be room
Answer:	With ice, liquids will stay cold all day. I've used ice, and the ice cubes are still there after 12 hours. Without ice, I would imagine liquids will stay cold at least 8 hours. 64oz fills it up, no overflow.
Question:	Is it plastic inside
Answer:	Yes, it is hard plastic inside and outside.
Question:	Where can i buy the rubber stopper replacement
Answer:	I emailed the company. They said they only sell entire replacement lids not just the gasket sets. No price yet on that. I usually buy many extra gasket sets for every thermos since gaskets get moldy. I intend on purchasing another brand of jug.

The Avalon Countertop Hot/Cold Water Cooler is made with innovation and style. The easy-to-use paddle spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press your cup against the paddle to let the flow of water to come out. The machines highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. Due to the extremely hot water, we’ve added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. There is a built-in nightlight making the water spouts clearly visible in the dark. This water cooler is bottle-less with an NSF certified activated carbon filter (listed as model Avalon A4FILTER) and a sediment filter (listed as model Avalon A5FILTER) with a water line that can be attached to your water source. Question:	Somebody could help me with the size of this bottle please
Answer:	Depends on the power consumption of each computer and how much runtime you want to achieve. On average we connect about 6 computers and monitors in our site.
Question:	What size cap required
Answer:	The unit can be expanded with batter packs that are offered by CyberPower. You might be able to DIY with a marine battery, but it would be risky. There are articles on the web describing how to do this with other suppliers' products. But it would be safer just to use the battery pack sold by CyberPower. I purchased this unit in part for its expandability. Now that I have seen it in operation, I doubt that I will need to expand it. It monitors power consumption and projects the runtime under current load. It powers my daughter's iMac, and my HP desktop workstation, plus our eMTA cable modem, router and network switch. Together, they consume about 200W, and the projected battery runtime is 2 hrs. That's more than enough time to wait out a short power failure and to safely shut down. Or, if you have a generator (I do not), it's sufficient time for the generator to autostart or to be started manually.

Answer:	Certainly, I don’t see why it would void anything to connect a PDU. I own a few of these and all the racks use PDU directly connected.

Answer:	Not sure what you are asking? My unit is the PR2000RTL2U (rates at 2000W capacity) and it's a stand-along UPS. The BP48VP2U01 unit are extended battery modules that can be daily chained to main UPS. I don't know how many can be added, but their website has pretty good spec information.
