Answer:	Hi Elsa, Yes, both water bottles and your phone should fit within the zipper version. The zipper area for the zipper belt is only about 1/4 of the belt circumference for small items like keys, ID, etc. The rest is open to phones and water bottles.

Answer:	You can wear it both ways. It sits on the hips pretty well and you almost forget that it's there. If you put on very smooth spandex pants underneath, then it can slip upwards.
Question:	What's the difference between this and the 18oz nathan grip running soft flask
Answer:	The FlipBelt is not a waterproof material but since it is polyester the fabric will dry quickly when it becomes damp or wet. If you're concerned that your electronics or money will get wet we suggest slipping them into a ziplock baggie or waterproof casing of some sort before using the belt for exercise.
