Answer:	A: We are transitioning my 1 year old off bottles. This has been great, he learned quick on how to use the straw and since it is silicone he can’t get hurt on it. Question:	How can I collect on the lifetime guarantee? Had it 3 weeks, my daughter dropped it in the tile floor and the hinge cracked in two
Answer:	I’m not sure if they cover damage. They usually do not leak unless dropped on their hard plastic cap (which my girls eventually do). The company DID replace the one bottle that leaked right from the start, with no damage to it.
Question:	Is the spout hard plastic
Answer:	Yes. It's very durable. My son usually destroys the mouth pieces but this none has held up very well. Definitely would recommend.
Question:	Has anyone had trouble with mold
Answer:	my son has been using this every day in his lunch box for two straight months cleaning often with no mold issues.

Answer:	Mine fit in most of my different diaper bags ive got 3 kids all 3yrs and younger so i use diff bags dependin on the day out activity and it fits in almost every style i have it is a tighter fit in the baby style diaper bags but the skiphop ones and other brands ive found it to fit and even tight fit on some but still fits just fine
