Question:	How long does it take to inflate the ball
Answer:	Depends on how fast you pump and how firm you want it to be. The pump works in both directions, so it's pretty efficient. It took me around 7 minutes to get the pressure I wanted.

Answer:	It comes with a baloon-type hand pump, but I used the compressor function on our car battery jumping machine. The correct nozzle is included but overfill until you have practiced inserting the plug without losing too much air.

Answer:	No there is no sand in it
Question:	I just received my ball and using the instructions to inflate it
Answer:	It is surprisingly complicated for something that should be obvious. First, the pump has two tips attached to it: one has a closed end don't use this, the second has a small opening. Attach the second tip to the pump and insert it into the ball. Also, be sure that the air hose is connected correctly to the pump so that air is going in not pulled out. It takes awhile before you can see that the ball is actually inflating. When the ball is fully inflated there are two white plastic pint short spikes with a wide disc base these is the plug for the inflate hole. It was after I inserted it that I realized that the funny looking giant white plastic paper clip looking thingy is the tool to remove the plastic valve plug if you need to. Also, there is a white measuring tape that is supposed to be used to measure the correct diameter -I can't help you here, I have no idea how it should be used, when my ball was fully inflated the tape showed that I needed another 12"! Otherwise I love the ball - I use it as a chair at my desk all day.

Answer:	It will absolutely hold up. With the hijinks me and the guys at my work get up to, mine regularly holds upwards of 400 lbs (don't ask)...not bouncing, although it would still probably hold up fine if we were. Although for your height, you should probably get the 75cm. I got the 65cm, and I'm happy with it, but I'm only 5'7. Mine feels totally sturdy.

Question:	How Big Is It
Answer:	There are charts online that tell you what size to get based on your height. I am 5'7" and have a 25 inch ball, which seems right for exercises where I am siting on it. However, that seems too big to use with the "dead bug" exercise, so I am going to get a smaller ball for that. So it depends how you plan to use it.

Question:	Do you need anything other than this to inflate a 10" rubber ball
Answer:	I am not sure. We inflated an exercise ball and after many attempts we realized that we needed to take the plug out of the ball and then pump. After filled, we replaced the plug. I don’t know if this would be the same issue with your 10” ball.
Question:	Will this work for a Bosu Ball
Answer:	Yes but there is a design flaw and the air rushes out the top of the pump. It’s hard to use this pump, doesn’t really work.
Question:	just checking does that come with a remover to take the plug out
Answer:	No
Question:	When I try to inflate my 65mm exercise ball, the air is rushing out of the top of the pump, so ball never gets full of air, it stays soft- help
Answer:	It’s a bad design. There really is no way to stop it, pump fast and try to get the plug in. This pump is not good!!!

Answer:	I have not tried it on balloons but I don't know why you could not make it work. The extra tips are in the bag. For the price you could use it for other things around the house.
