Answer:	I got it for my 3 year old nephew and he and my 5 year old nephew both loved it. I would say ages 3-6 is ideal.

Answer:	The stick are probably a foot and a half long. An adult can kneel on the floor and not have to bend over the use the stick. The sticks are a pretty strong plastic so it depends on how they're used. Normally, when my family plays, they easily keep the Styrofoam ball on the ground and there isn't much worry about breaking other things in the house. If it was younger kids using it, they might need to be more careful.

Answer:	I would say it is more of an indoor toy as it is constructed of plastic and you are supposed to play on your knees. We bought three sets, two for nephews (both age 11) and one for my brother to play with his two year old son. One of the nephew's sticks broke at the bottom of the shaft the first day as they were getting a bit rough, leaning on the stick. That speaks to the durability of the set -- so again, probably not recommended for outdoor use. They are having tons of fun with them inside, though!

Answer:	I think once you use it the first time, it's activated. The back of the card does say "Card will not function 5 years after activated."
