Answer:	No it will not, each side only about 5 1/2 inches and only wraps around 3 sides, behind the post is open

Answer:	These can be lightly dunked on but are not meant to be hung on or dunked hard on. They are not as good for dunking as the in ground systems are. If you have any more questions, please reach out to [email protected] You
Question:	How easy is it to drain the water? Have to tip the whole sideways or backwards to do it
Answer:	Not easy, but not hard. You'd think they would have a drain on the bottom (the piece is called "ballast"). So you need to tip it on the side or forward. They have a kickstand to make it easier. With a helper, it shouldn't be difficult. But honestly, none of these nets are truly meant to be moved around a lot, or drained with ease, that I saw. They're all going to need to be weighed down somehow. If quick drainage is your biggest concern, you should look at other hoops. Maybe there's one that has a bottom drain.

Answer:	This pad is not intended to prevent rust. It’s intended to pad the pole so no one gets hurt. I have a stainless steel pole.

Answer:	Not without leaving part of the pole unprotected. It would also only be able to be secured properly on a pole with twice the circumference. I do not see it being done safely.
