Question:	Fit motorcycle handlebars
Answer:	No idea where the 12" dimension is coming from in the description. Nothing about this is 12". The top diameter is about 4 1/4 inches across and with the liner the opening is about 2 1/2 inches across but you can take that out. The height of the cup is about 4". It's a little more than 6" including the hardware to mount it. Maybe the package it came in was 12" but I kind of even doubt that.
Question:	Will this hold a Starbucks cup
Answer:	I have the 30oz rtic cup and well, it fits but I'm not too sure how it will hold up during a bike ride. If I do it this summer I'll be sure to post an update.

Question:	Can i buy replacement bands. I have had this mount for 4 years and my band finally broke I use it daily... I ride 4k miles a year
Answer:	Every kit has a couple of spare bands in the box. You can't purchase exactly the same bands separately, but there are others that can be used with this mount. Just search for "bike mount replacement rubber bands"
Question:	Is rotation of phone to its horizontal position possible? (Shown being held only in the vertical position, but does the holder allow side rotation
Answer:	Yes. The clips on the sides seem to hold it very securely, and may even be better in the horizontal position. The ONLY issue is that I cannot get all four corners of the band around all four corners of the phone because I have a case on it to protect it more from the weather. That being said, I put my phone, with the case, in the mount and jerked it around very hard and the phone didn't move a bit. I am not worried at all about putting it on the motorcycle.
Question:	How do I order a replacement part? The stretchy rubber part broke
Answer:	I bought in Aug 2020. I put my phone on maybe once or twice a week. The first band broke yesterday. Bummed. Now i have to spend another 8 bucks for replacement bands. If this was brick and mortar i would get refund.

Answer:	Unsure of exact measurements. Bout the circumference of an American nickle. What does perhaps matter is the quality... That I do know and is cheaply made and fragile.
