Answer:	Indeed it does. Three levels and when you hit the turbo the windows rattle. Had to disconnect the odour feature because it was getting rather stinky. I ordered the belching option because it was teaching the youngster to belch louder than me, which in itself wasn’t too bad until he was sitting in church and belching so loud that people started giving me looks thinking it was me. Answer:	The wagon does roll. It can be pulled and pushed. I'm not sure how much weight it can handle. It's a small wagon. You can fit about two packages of diapers in it.

Answer:	Don't know that there is a great big difference. We got the Rally for our grandson at X-mas 2012 (he's 3.5 years old now) and it has been the best thing ever for him. One big difference between the 2 is the frame. Our little guy likes to coast downhills with his feet resting on the little platform at the bottom of the seat post. This has been so well-used and durable that I personally would not even bother with anything else. No need to. It's perfect! The other bike has a bell though.

Answer:	There is no visible difference from the picture or the description except that one is "frustration free packaging." Whatever that means since I wasn't "frustrated" with the alternative. Regardless it is an excellent product. My 14 month-old boy loves to play with this and it has a really vintage look although made with modern materials. To be sure, one would have to purchase both and compare them although probably not worth the effort.
