User questions & answers
Question: | The color advertised is Picante/Matador but the pic is the light blue, what color are the gloves |
Answer: | They run on the "squat" end of the spectrum -- I have medium hands in Isotoner and other regular-sized gloves; on these, I had to return the mediums because the fingers are too short for my (normal-sized, but a bit longer) fingers, so the gloves didn't reach the skin/ curve between my fingers. Results in a truncated grip. |
Question: | Hi, my hand is 1,35" width. I should ger the small or medium size? Thanks |
Answer: | It would be a little big, I should think. I got a large and they were just a little to big. I should've gotten a medium. They're warm, I wore them in the arctic and they stayed warm. But if needed I could've put them over a liner or cotton stretchy gloves had I needed to. |
Question: | Are these good in -20 to -30 degrees Fahrenheit Fahrenheit weather |
Answer: | I would say yes. They work great for skiing. It is warm and waterproof from snow and cold. |
Question: | Would these gloves remain dry and warm for lake fishing in ~20℉ weather and potential rain |
Answer: | hi, we have already tested the gloves in sub zero -20, and it still keep hands warm in one hours test. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Will these work with the swix toko multi base angle file guide |
Answer: | These are good to about -10, then I use the black diamond guide. They can handle that weather. They take alittle bit to break in, but your fingers stay very warm. There spendy 100 dollars for them, but so worth it. I do use the burtons alot though. |
Question: | How do these fit in the swix multi base angle file guide? They seem too short. When you use the knurled knob to tighten, it seems off kilter. Thanks |
Answer: | Not sure. I've had them down to zer degree temperatures and been fine but I was also snowboarding and moving around. Not just sitting and fishing. They will stay dry but I'm not sure about warm. |
