Answer:	A size medium is 21.75in-23 inches. Based on the size chart for Giro; you would be a Medium. Natural head. If you wear anything unde neath like a beanie, that would max out the inches up to a half inch then I would size up to a large to accommodate. Then just make adjustments to tighten for a snug fit. A Large is 23-24.5 naturally.

Answer:	That depends on your child’s head size. I’d recommend measuring their head with a tape measure to make sure their head circumference is between 48-54cm. My son is 5, has a fairly large head for his age (51.5cm) and this helmet fits him.

Size Adjustment Dial

The size adjustment dial can be rotated over 540°, you can adjust the tightness of the helmet according to your preference.
