Answer:	Well it came with an acceptable "new bag" smell but not very strong. Definitely not no smell when brand new.

Answer:	The NMW Rolling Duffel only comes with the main compartment and a side quick stash pocket. It also does not come with a set of standard back pack straps. The Cargo Hauler has two end pockets in addition to the main compartment. There is also differences in the material, and the fact that the Cargo Hauler comes with back pack straps.

Answer:	Not on this product, but I did get a stitch repaired on a lie-flat messenger bag with their no-matter-what-warranty about 8 years ago. I believe I only had to pay to ship it to them.

Answer:	It looks like the “small” is also 175cm length. I have no idea why the seller listed it that way, or why they have 3 other listings for 175. I’m also not sure why they ask another customer to answer something they should be answering. I CAN tell you my bag is excellent quality. The fabric, seams & wheels are very sturdy. The main bag is nice and padded. The boot bag included is very thin but has held up and kept my dirty boots from getting my other gear dirty. Answer:	The bottom rack is good for holding smaller pots and pans, there's about 6-8 inches of clearance. The top rack can be used for larger pots but will take away space for plates, etc.
Question:	Are the straps long enough to fit over your shoulder
Answer:	The dimensions are indeed 15.5" height, however you will need more room, since the plates go on the top. I would measure yout plates and add 14" to make sure the rack will work for you. I have 24" between my counters and cabinets, and the large dinner plates sometimes get stuck. It is a great and very useful, if you have the room.
Question:	Tile description says it will fit up to 165cm, but the picture description says up to 170cm. Will it fit my 168cm
