Answer:	No, not at all.I have 2pairs of snow pants. My old snow pants are waterproof so I was able to star warm and dry all the time. And, I wanted to try this new snow pants yesterday and I am totally disappointed. I wore these pants on snowy day and all my clothes from theses pants to underwear got soaked wet after 2hr skiing lesson. I would not recommend these pants unless you want to get wet after playing in snow.

Answer:	I wear a 38 waist and 32 length pant. These fit well. I would say the length of the xl is 32 for the regular. I do understand they make a tall, and wouldn't know that length.

Answer:	these pants are great but they run kinda large. If you have 32-33 waist and 30 inseam you will look better in a small! very warm and comfortable inside.

Answer:	I am a 33 waist and 31 length and I fit good to a bit snug in a medium. I'd bet you would be fine with a medium as well. I found that the size charts they provide run a bit big.
