Answer:	I’m a wide 8 1/2 and the size 9 has worked very well for me. These are so warm that a thin sock works perfectly for me. I found most of their boots to be narrow but these were perfect. A tad bit of stretching after a free weeks of wear as well

Answer:	This runs medium. BTW - these are the warmest boots I have ever worn. I deliver mail and bought these to wear while walking the streets in the snow and ice and my feet kept room temperature the entire time. They are slick on ice so you will want to wear cleats, but this was a great buy for me. Good luck.

Answer:	I've never hiked but I have walked in them for long periods and they were comfortable. I also ordered a half size up because I had an ankle brake a few months before ordering. Glad I did!

Question:	ok, how do you use these
Answer:	Hi- Unwrap the Velcro then slide the foam portion of the strap between the skis just below tips and wrap the strap all the way around the skis and secure the Velcro. Do the same on the tail of the ski and then they should be secure. Let us know if that is not clear. Thanks!
Question:	will these straps work on 70mm wide xc skis
Answer:	I think so. My cross country skis are only 5 cm wide. But I took the strap off and attached it to itself with enough velcro overlap to be well fastened. The “oval hole” this formed was about 7-8cm wide by 4cm. So it should work, but I cannot be 100% sure.

Rotefella, Alpina are 2 of the most widely known NNN binding manufacturers but there are others. We are not familiar with the IFP bindings you have, but we can tell you the NNN bindings are considered a step in binding. There are NNN BC or Back Country bindings which are also step in bindings, but they are a wider version of the standard NNN and these boots will not work with the NNN BC bindings.
