Answer:	Small/Medium Size should fit 10" elbow.

Answer:	It might fit over your cast, as it is adjustable however not knowing the circumference of your cast will make it hard to know for sure. You could always try it and return if it doesn’t work out.

Answer:	It's the same thickness from the toes to the heel. I removed the original insoles in my Zumba shoes with these and it's perfect for doing Zumba.

Answer:	These support the arches and the heel ver well. I don't seem to have the problems I had been experiencing with both my heels and arches since using these insoles. I think they're great.

Answer:	My first insoles were Superfeet, I also thought they were too expensive, so I looked for an alternative. I've been wearing Powerstep® Pinnacle Maxx Orthotic Supports for years now. I throw them in the washer and dryer (in a net bag) and they clean up great. I tried the Envelop Orthotic Insoles because of the price, and because it might have worked. Unfortunately they hurt my feet, and I couldn't wear them for more than 5 minutes before the pain became too great. Someone mentioned it felt like they were standing on a pipe, and that describes it perfectly. Amazon sells PowerStep Pinnacle Max for a great price, try it.

Answer:	I went to company website to look at theirr size chart, and figured it out from there. FYI, I am a women's 9.5/10 and ordered MEDIUM TEAL and the heel cup size was perfect for my feet.

Answer:	not sure how you are measuring your elbow....but I have a 13 inch elbow so the large/xlarge fits fine. The box says the small medium fits up to 12 inches. Not sure if that would give you compression you are seeking. Might want to contact company directly for their recommendation as to size. I enjoy this product so hopefully you can get the size and relief you need.

Answer:	The sleeves are of medium thickness. But there is no additional padding at the elbow, only the lighter color shows the elbow area. The overall quality is fine. The breathability of bamboo derived material should be better than cotton or synthetic materials.

Answer:	I've tried them both and like them for different reasons. Both products I like to use during the summer months. I prefer the clarifying cleanser if I'm having a breakout. The Vitamin C wash I use all summer when I'm not having acne issues. The C-line is great to protect your skin from the hot sun. It's very gentle on the skin (I have sensitive skin) and smells like a delicious orange, and actually has tiny particles of orange in it. I wouldn't hesitate to toggle back and forth, as both these products are great for summer time use.
