| Answer: | For me personally, I love the 7mm and the support it gives for heavy squats or when I'm trying to max, but I've had knee issues in the past. When i feel twinges of the old pain coming back, these 7 mm let me feel confide t and secure with going heavy. They are also great as cushioning for burpees. :I also have thinner Rehbands (maybe 5 mm?) and they are still awesome and supportive and feel better when doing WODs with some heavy weight but also a lot of movement like running or something. I have support but also freedom. :)They say you should build your knees to be strong enough to not NEED sleeves or support, but I say better safe than sorry even if you haven't had knee issues in the past. :) |
