Answer:	This was about 27-31. It was the tallest chair I could find. **disclaimer... This chair is really low quality. The arms it came with were flimsy plastic I didn't even leave on. The back loosens often and wiggles ALOT... No real support. Finally the plastic broke where the caster insert... I'd recommend a different chair.
Question:	Has anyone used this raft to transport dogs to the shoreline for poty breaks
Answer:	Low position is 24 1/2", high position is 31". ( I did measure it again after reading response 1, and it is 31"). I use it at a 36" high bench and suits my needs perfectly. It is well constructed, the fabric is really heavy duty and stable. My only complaint is the foot rest is not adjustable which I did not realize when I purchased it. But all in all it works great for me.

Question:	Will the wheels work in sand
Answer:	I have not used mine in sand as of yet. As this is a better quality support system than some, I am confident I would have no problem transporting on sand. In that instance from a physics standpoint I would pull the boat as opposed to pushing. My boat is a 10 ft. inflatable weighing about 110 lbs. without gear. Add 60 lbs for the motor and another 20 for gear and that's some weight consideration. The wheels make a huge difference in maneuvering it. Keep in mind for safety this item should not be attached as a trailer system. Just not built for that use. I hope this information helps clear your question.

Answer:	The angle of the arm and mounting bracket is adjustable but the length of the arm is not.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the transom brackets? What is the overall length including brackets and wheels
Answer:	Dimensions of the transom brackets:5.9" * 3.34"; the overall length just include the mounting brackets which is 22.44"
Question:	What size bolts, nuts and washers are required for installation
Answer:	This wheel set comes with necessary bolts. If for some reason you may need replacements go to any hardware store and ask for 5/16 x 2". The included set is Phillips head. My personal preference is hex head with lock nuts. Be sure to include washers. This wheel set is well made and quite sturdy. Good choice. Hope this helps.
