Answer:	I'm 5 4 and have the small. I need it mostly for my hips and shoulders and use my clothes/stuff sack for a pillow . I carry a couple of sections of a zrest as an emergency backup and for sitting during breaks. I also use my backpack for my lower legs and feet. I know, its a lot of effort to save a few ounces but I also have the security of the Z rest in case I get a deflation event
Question:	Anyone 6 ‘have any experience using the short 47” pad. Trying to cut weight... figure just my knees down off the pad would work
Answer:	If you are a side sleeper then you probably curl up into a semi-fetal position like I do. I'm 6' tall and only my ankles and feet hang off the end of a 48" pad. In cold weather you can put a clothing bag as a pillow to slide up more or put something under your feet. A great test is to measure 48" from the bottom of your home bed and place something large and heavy to make yourself sleep on the bottom 4' of your bed. Curl up for the night and see how you sleep. Dont forget you can always ad a clothes bag as a pillow to get extra space.
