Question:	How will these mount on life lines of a saolboat
Answer:	I drilled an extra hole in the mount and used a U-bolt to fasten it to the rail of my boat. Hope this helps.
Question:	Does this come with self-tapping metal screws
Answer:	It comes with about 3” long wood screws, they go through a part of the mount itself that’s about 3/4” thick so you still have at least 2” to grab into the wood with.

Answer:	I’m sure it could be mounted to aluminum dock posts. With a little ingenuity it could be mounted anywhere. I modified it to mount onto my boat itself. Very nice product.

Answer:	You could mount it to a ceiling however, the rack is designed to support a paddleboard vertically and it would most likely fall out. When I store mine in the garage I use a couple of eye bolts at each end and use heavy duty bungee straps

Answer:	No reason they can’t, but make sure the rails can support the weight and are at least 3/4” wide so the bolts can run through them. I mounted mine to aluminum fence post and they work fine.

Answer:	This item is made to be attached to a wall. I don’t think you’d be able to drill into a bulk head.
Question:	Would this be strong enough to mount my sup on the side my my rv? curious if it would hold up to the wind/force driving down the road
Answer:	The mounts themselves would be sturdy enough but I’m not sure how strong the surface on your RV would be to hold the mounts with a board attached, especially while moving. I think the board would catch so much wind it would rip the mounts right off your RV. Just my opinion.
Question:	What hardware did you use to mount on square pontoon boat rails
Answer:	We just used the screws it came with and mounted them to our dock. We loved them, so easy to load and unload our paddle boards and kayaks.

Question:	My sup board is large (34").mounted outside would i have an issue with the board falling forward with wind
Answer:	For your purpose, I’d look at integrating a security strap as well. A lot of the weight of the board falls on the front of the rack, so if a swift gust of wind comes through, there is a lot of room between the board rail and the rack arm for it to catch the breeze.
Question:	Can this rack be mounted to a dry wall
Answer:	Our Naked SUP rack includes standard hardware to mount into wall studs, which is the preferred way to mount this rack, since it can hold up to 50 lbs if properly mounted, and some SUPs can be quite heavy. If you try to mount in drywall, you will need drywall anchors, and need to make certain they are rated for enough weight so there won't be a problem. Carli, StoreYourBoard
Question:	I am going to be using concrete anchors to mount the rack. Can you tell me the size of the holes for the anchor screws
Answer:	Screws should match the diameter of the pre-drilled holes and be about 2” long. Tapcon may work as well as anchors.

Question:	How far apart are the mounting screws? I want to mount this to my dock and only have a limited height
Answer:	The holes are 10 inches apart but if you have a drill, you could drill another hole, say 5 inches down from the other and it would just fine...

Answer:	It should work fine. The brackets are sturdy however I over-sized the mounting holes with a drill bit and used larger stainless steel screws.

Answer:	With certain precautions taken, it could work. It would most likely require different mounting hardware than what is provided (everything included is designed for installing to a wall). Depending on the location you are planning to mount the cradles, a mounting plate or backing plate may be necessary to keep the cradles from hinging side to side. Also, be aware of any weight restrictions with the golf cart in the place where the cradles would be installed. Answer:	Not sure, may be to narrow as my longboard is 10' x 24" and the sides are even with the end caps. If SUP is 33", then it may be to wide for your comfort. Maybe try two pairs so it cradles both sides.
Question:	How does it attach to the ceiling
Answer:	Screws. They come w the racks. You need to find the wall stud and attach.
Question:	My board is 47 pounds dry, 11 ft long, and 32 inches wide. I plan to ceiling mount. Should I be concerned about overhang and sag
Answer:	We bought this for my daughters board which is s combination paddle/ surf board Her board is similar in size (sorry didn’t measure) and we ceiling mounted in our garage- it has been up for 2+ years- there is no sag and although the board goes beyond the racks it is very sturdy- she has it up with its cover and accessories in the winter months do I would not see an issue with the weight for the racks to hold

Answer:	Hello! The bars come off of the wall mounts. You can put them on so they are angled upwards, or alternatively you can put them on so they are almost horizontal.(no angle). I am really happy with the product quality and design. I use it for my inflatable paddleboard. Hope that helps!

Answer:	They are about 27"
Question:	What is the length of the plate that attaches to the wall
Answer:	We mounted ours on beams in the garage so length was not an issue but went and measured anyway and the spread on the bolts is eight and a half inches and the total length of the plate is 10 and a half

Answer:	The feet screw into pre-drilled holes. I think you could replace them with wheels.
