Answer:	I only had them a couple weeks. Theyre comfy yet sturdy and So far they're holding up to daily use pretty good, i like em. The web page has washing instructions. Ill copy paste it case you missed it. If you saw it ... I just haven't had them long enough to try washing them yet. Theyre holding up well that i dont foresee any issue. Tips of Cleaning  (1)Preferred washed by hand. You only need to soak the gloves with soap, then rub and wash, dry it in the shade. Question:	Do they work well for weight lifting in outside cold weather
Answer:	I typically don’t lift weights outdoors but I do use them for biking in cold weather. They keep my hands warm especially because the entire top of the hand is covered -unlike my old bike gloves

Answer:	There's a care tag inside one glove that says machine washable in cold water but no bleach and don't machine dry. The tag also says the glove is made of 40% polyurethane, 20% polyamide, 15% leather, 10% sponge, 10% polyester and 5% cotton.

Answer:	Hand wash with a little dish detergent like Ivory or Dawn. Pat them dry with a towel or paper towels and let them dry. I found this is the best way if you want them to last.

Answer:	If you get the correct size, you need to unfasten them to remove them. Do not get the size the chart says you should get. I ordered XL because of the measurement and ended up returning them and purchasing Medium because I wanted them tight. Once you break them in they loosen a little as well (little more info than you asked for)

Answer:	All the gloves are durable, comfortable and breathable. The differeces is the designs of the lenght in wristband. Different lengths of wrists have different wrist support protection, and there are three options for us to choose freely.That's great!

Answer:	These gloves provide light cushioning that is helpful when you are gripping weights and pull up bars, and when doing push-ups on push up stands. I cannot speak to how they would work for push-ups on a flat surface but I imagine it would be helpful. If you’re having pain in your wrists, then using padded push-up handles may be a better option.

Answer:	It depend on the size of your hands. My hands are small, so the gloves are bulky on me. They have a lining which is nice. But the quality of sewing is to be desired, so they might not last long. Not worth the money.
