Answer:	The tools are only available to trained Suunto technicians but a straight blade screwdriver can open the computer by pushing on the flats on the battery cover. Rotate the cover clockwise to open and counterclockwise to close. It may be easier to remove the computer from the rubber protector and then remove the wrist straps before opening as this will give you more room to remove the cover.
