Answer:	no, but you can wear them with tropic booties. The foot pocket is too big to barefoot. I like these fins so much I lug them to Hawaii, but I usually just wear slip on tennies instead of booties cause the booties make your feet float. Reef shoes will work too if they don't have laces or whatever over the instep to rub on the fins. These are great fins.

Answer:	I hate to sound negative, but the clips on the fins are not up to the task. Fit and feel is fine, but when the clips continually come apart, what’s the point? Look for another better, reputable brand (DaFin etc).

Answer:	They float and the built in tethers work well. I used them for river boarding and the whitewater knocked them off. Fortunately, the tethers held true and I kept my fins for the restof the ride. A great value
