Answer:	We have the 12 years and up. When I went with the kids to the park they ran off into the grass and I rode it with no problem while they had fun in the wet grass. I'm 125lbs and I had no problems, what so ever. My husband has also been on it. He is 210 and thinks he probably shouldn't be on it, as it gave a little bit, he thought, but really had no problem. Maybe 200 is the weight limit recommended? Sorry I'm not more helpful.

Answer:	Download gyroor app. I'm pretty sure you have to have that. Also, I vaguely remember maybe holding down the power button when syncing to your phone or tablet or whatever you're playing music on. Then go into your Bluetooth settings and sync to the gyroor.

Question:	Why won’t my hoverboard turn on? When I plug it in it’s saying it’s fully charged
