Since it is a heavy item, it beats areounf during shipping and could damage the item. I sent one back as it had beaten the ends completely out of the box. The reorder came without packing as well. Hpefully it is not damaged when the original item is opened.

Answer:	Probably because you are trying to go backwards. You have to push forward not lean back. If you put pressure towards back, it shakes because it does not go backwards. It’s letting you know to put pressure towards the front to move forward.

Answer:	My kids hover around the house on carpet and they are fine. You can control the speed. It actually does slow the speed down a little because it is carpet however it helped them learn to use it. Use your own judgement and make sure to use protective padding and helmets
