Answer:	Can't remember what was on the box, but we figured since it had to be assembled a bit and the battery had to be charged, we would do that all the day before giving it to our grandson. I decided to make a game out of finding it and arranged clues all over the house eg: go to your room to find the next clue, etc. and I had someone else put it in a room with a sheet over it and the last clue directed him to that room. Answer:	The battery would need to be recharged after it's out of battery. Before a recharge is in place, the scooter can still be used as a kick scooter.

Answer:	It sure does. The Bell is located on the left hand side and right next to the Brake Handle.

Answer:	Yes, it has no trouble operating in the rain and going through puddles. The electric plug is on the underside and has a plastic cap to keep it water tight. The display on the handle bars also seems water tight.
