Answer:	I found it very easy to open and close. It always clicked when in place. Proble for me was it took some pressure to release and then the plastic lever broke. Try pulling it past the lock position then release the lever. Good luck

Answer:	Through their website you can email them. They responded to me in less than 24 hours
Question:	Would this be ridable in winter if there are patches of snow or ice
Answer:	I wouldn’t try to ride this in snow or on ice. The instructions say not to ride it in rain. Riding on ice wouldn’t be safe. Snow could possibly cause damage.

Answer:	It comes with a warranty at no additional cost... here is the thing...this is a good product... I have 50 flawless hours on mine..I bought 3 of them for thefamily because frankly they are top tier scoots...buy once cry once...
Question:	Is this a good scooter to purchase for someone that is
Answer:	I'm 6'4", and the reason I bought this scooter, is because the handlebars are higher. Other scooters, I felt like I was crouching and it was uncomfortable. My wife has one and she's 5'4" and she has no problem with it either.

Answer:	I wouldn't call it Oxford cloth, however, it is durable. My son wore his b/c he was in a wedding and it was perfect. Great price too

Answer:	The scooter is assembled. You take it out of the box, unfold it, adjust the handle bars, and off you go! I will admit when my son took it for a QUICK spin, and I mean QUICK, he loved it. He folds it up after parking his car at the stadium, and scoots back to campus! You'll be pleased.
Question:	Is this scooter light enough to be taken on a bus
Answer:	Depends on what you think of as "light enough". I would do it if needed as it isn't that heavy AND includes the strap. However, it is just a little bulky, so I'd be careful on a full bus. :)
