Question:	How durable is the Clamp? it appears to be made from plastic
Answer:	I would give it an acceptable rating. The hardware is adequate for what I use it for. If I were to regularly work on bikes I would not buy this product. Specific to the clamp... So far it has not popped out of position or given any indication of being weak. The entire setup is wobbly, but I use it for storing and quick maintenance for my 29 pound mountain bike. It is very portable and gets the job done for DIY maintenance. If you have a bike much heavier than 30 pounds I don't know if I would recommend. A bench or wall mount would be the way to go. My only complaint is that I do find it necessary to rotate the clamping handle and loosen it to securely grab and remove my particular bike (could be my anodized seat post or diameter). If I leave it to where I simply apply pressure or release the handle (aiming to be able to slip my seat post in/out of the clamp, it is not tight enough to hold my bike and the bike's seat post slips down. I'm fairly use to it by now. Overall I rate it 3.5/5 for what I wanted it to do, and a 4/5 for value compared to competing products. Sorry for the long answer- I will post this in the review side.

Answer:	There is more than enough clearance. I rotate our cranks all the time with bike upright on the stand. Plenty of room. Nice stand too, well made & sturdy.

Answer:	As everyone else has noted, this bikestand is very sturdy. While this is true, the question was whether it "tips". I assume this is asking whether it can become unbalanced and topple over. The answer is that it can tip over if care is not taken to maintain the bike in a balanced position on the stand. So, for example, if you remove one wheel only and position the bike so that the side with the remaining wheel hangs too far out, it might take only a nudge to cause it to start tipping over. You could put weights on top of the legs to help prevent this. I wouldn't call it a major problem.

Answer:	The bike is very quiet. There is an occasional dull metal clunk as the flywheel within the enclosure bumps on something. This is by NO means loud, irritating or annoying. We use it every day since we purchased it about 5 months ago. We are very pleased.

Question:	I've been using the product well but the headlight mounting stand has been broken. The headlight is fine. Is there any way to subsitute the holder
Answer:	That's a great question as I've also experienced that the straps to NOT last as long as the lights. I am otherwise so pleased with these lights that I have given them to my biking friends as gifts, and I was pleased to see that this seller includes two sets of straps. However, I've been forced to use rubber bands on my own bike. I would also love to be able to purchase replacement straps.

Answer:	I just had mine stop working from getting caught in a storm. Front light got water stuck in it and the system inside corroded.

Answer:	Beware of fake answers. The more expensive version of these by "Cycle Torch" (amazon id B01N2HZV9U) are 20 lumens for front and 10 for rear light. so these must be about same or less bright.

Answer:	I've used them for long rides (STP Seattle to Portland 100 two days in a row) I charged them at night but they never died, so essentially lasted at least 8 hours. Question:	Can it be documented on a plane
Answer:	These are sealed lead acid batteries. Same as in a car. The car keeps the batteries charged all of the time. Charging after use and immediately after use will extend battery life. If you go 10 minutes then you have used about 1/5 of battery. So 2.4 hours + another 1.2 hours for total of 3.6 will give full charge. Depending on battery and charger you can overcharge batteries. This can shorten battery life. Check on your charger.
Question:	Finally the max speed is 15.5 mph or 18.6 mph
Answer:	Do not ride it in the rain. There is a small gap between the deck and the batteries where water could easily get to the batteries and damage them, not to mention rusting the scooter(it is mostly metal). To keep it in good condition, don’t ride it through puddles or in the rain to prevent damage and rust. I only ride it when roads are totally dry or damp.(no puddles)
Question:	Will Segway honor the warranty if I buy this on amazon? My boyfriend bought one on amazon that stopped working and the warranty wasn’t honored
Answer:	There is a federal law that was passed which trumps all local and state laws on low powered e-scooters/bikes to promote electric vehicles. I don't have it in front of me. Google it. Don't expect your local cop to know this. Carry a copy of it with you if stopped. Even if ticketed, it will be thrown out of court.
Question:	How many pounds will it take
Answer:	The max range with hills I found is around 8 miles. If you go slower and ride where there are less hills, you could get farther and of course less weights on the scooter (say lighter person or without a backpack). I’d recommend getting the 9 ah batteries (3 12 v 9 ah led acid sealed batteries) which will extend the range by about 22 percent from the normal 7 ah batteries the scooter comes with. I waited until I needed to replace the batteries to make this switch, as the batteries only last 1-2 years even with proper care. No modifications are needed for this switch as the voltage stays the same, the only change is the battery capacity. This will give you more range.

Answer:	Yes, buy some Tennis Racket tape. I had some, added it to it. Helps alot. Slightly squishy feel, but it really helps. Set the grip diameter at a size slightly larger than a regular golf grip!

Answer:	No it does not have brake lights.
Question:	How big are the tires
Answer:	It is water resistant to a continued direct splash. There are no waterproof e-Scooters. If any are submerged in water for a period of time they wiill not function.

Answer:	as weird as this sounds, try unscrewing the clip on the fender and turning it around. we have found that this will work sometimes if the front hook is either catching too hard or not enough.
Question:	Speed readings show MPH
Answer:	NO and there are absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS in the box. I guess they assume you have previously assembled a bike and run brake cables before. You have to unscrew the brake line support in order to put in the handle bars, then reassemble it - all the while holding the brake cable in your hand. Then you are supposed to somehow run the brake line and attach some black cable looking part and 1 miscellaneous washer to some location not specified. So sad my 12 year old who really wanted to ride it won't be able to until I can search the internet for instructions. Would it really be that difficult to put in a 1 page diagram or instruction sheet?
