It doesn't flap in the wind like the single layer jackets. For the price, I think it's a good value, but if you were doing something like logging or commercial fishing, this would not be your jacket.

Answer:	Not fleece lined I would consider this a warm weather jacket only. It is very European cut so unless you are very slight in build I highly recommend going a size up if you want to wear a lining. I am a natural med/lg with average shoulders and chest and the large is really too small for me especially if I am wearing a heavy shirt underneath. Keep in min if you are trying to keep any part of you dry from the waist down this is not a good jacket! Columbia has some rain pants and I think this is the top for those.

Question:	Is this jacket gluten free
Answer:	Sorry I can't answer this question. I never "owned" it. I sent it back the moment I saw it wasn't what I expected. At first sight the material looked like that used for umbrellas - just as thin, no lining of any kind, looked very cheap, unreliable and ugly. I wanted something more like a short raincoat / jacket of good strong fabric and lining - for my husband, something to be worn daily in mid-season, not just for rain.
