Answer:	This is the standard way of notating water resistance. Its saying the watch can withstand the pressure equivalent of 30M of water - perfectly still water and a perfectly still watch. Move the watch about and it increases the pressure drastically. You want 10ATM, (100M) water resistance, minimum, to go swimming in it and be confident nothing will happen to it. At 30M it might be fine, it might not.

Answer:	Here's a modification to make the watch less noisy. 1) Purchase an ordinary watch repair kit; that can run as little as $12, $14. 2) Clear a counter in the kitchen. 3) Disinfect the area where the work will be done. It must be sparkly clean. 4) Have some alcohol on hand. Now, with those preparations out of the way, put the watch face-up on the counter. Grab a hammer and beat the sumbich until it's about the thickness of a quarter. That should fix the problem. Take a shot or two of the alcohol. Order a new watch.

Answer:	You have to go forward with the time setting, 24 hours for each day. I just reset mine this weekend to the correct date.

I've worn it during climbs up multiple 14,000+ ft peaks, subfreezing weekend camp outs, a week-long backpacking trek in the Grand Canyon, and several games of kickball. Answer:	Hard to say, depends on wrist size. I bought this for my fiance who is 6'2" 200+lbs and it fits his wrist well.

Answer:	Yes. This watch is great but it is very loud. That would be my only "con". I've had it for about two years. I can hear it when I use a public bathroom. Never bothers me in the drawer or in the stand at night, though.

Answer:	It is blue, but it is a very dark blue. In my opinion it appears almost black from a distance.

Answer:	These watches take a 20mm Nato strap. The one I bought came with a leather Nato strap that is very nice. I have a number of other nato straps in 20mm and 22mm. You can pick them up easily for around $10 each on Amazon and EBay. Amazon currently has a 6-pack assortment for ~$15. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JHDFFNV It is very easy to change a nato strap out without removing the pins which makes it great for accessorizing with your attire. Another great thing about the nato strap is, if you lose a watch strap pin, you don't lose your watch.

Answer:	It has an Indigo lamp that's activatedby pressing a button.
Question:	How do you set the date? Do you have to keep going round the hours or does it set separately
Answer:	It has an odd system that is almost but not quite like other watches. Pull the crown out to the first click and turn it to advance the date (you can't reverse the date), On mine, the hour hand moves rapidly while the minute hand stays still. When the hour hand crosses 12 the second time, the date advances. Pull the crown out to the stop to set the minutes. Best practice is to set the hour and date to 11 pm the date before the one you want, then pop the crown all the way out and go forward to the correct date and time.

Answer:	Did you read my review of this watch.... How much did your friends pay for their fitness watched in comparison. It's a good $38 watch. It's a rotten $200 watch. Either you don't match the algorithm, it can't sense the nature of your movement, the watch is junk....... or, you didn't select the correct type of exercise before you started. It might think you are doing something other than aerobics..... all of this is a guess. Good luck. Next time buy a better watch... at least $150.00.

Answer:	The one in those videos is the brown one actually. It doesn't look anything like the pictures, which are probably renders. The "brown" watchface is actually the same as the black one, the difference is that they use a brown crystal to tint it (store employee said Fossil does this for most of their brown watches). So, the white parts will look sepia, but the black background stays black (since it's not 100% black but rather very dark gray, it has a subtle brownish tint if you look at it in the right conditions, but most of the time it just looks black).
