Answer:	I sprayed it with oil, and they slid right out. May not need to though.

Answer:	Before first use, wash new silicone pans in warm soapy water or pop in the dishwasher. After drying, condition them with a smear of cooking oil or non-stick baking spray and wipe off the excess. Only tips i found before first use

Answer:	When baking with silicone, I always use pam baking with flour (spray). I have had no issues with sticking even when i use complex silicone shapes

Answer:	The pans are about 10 x 13. Depending on the size of your toaster oven if they fit or not. They will not fit my small microwave.
