But if you search under toilet wax and hardware's you will locate the same wax that manufacturer has the Brass bolts & nuts are included with a bit moderate higher price. Good luck.

Answer:	This is just the wax ring. You need to buy the bolts separately. The bolts that are existing on your toilet are probably no good.
