They just dont cover a large marge rim well.I never put them on any other bike but if you want to commute on your mountain bike and you have the cash I would for sure try them. After I put them on I did not notixe much differenxe between my pugs and my hybrid. But the pugs is so bad on pavement that a regular mountain bike might not be as big a difference.But you might also like them for some off road riding too since they are so big and squishy. Can make for a difderent trail ride as long as you dont need the traction. Just my 2 cents. I am not much of a bike rider. I just go 3 miles to work and occasionally on a rail to trail conversion. |
