It did loosen up alittle after a bit, but went right back to its original state when not in use. I dont think they spin very fluid and I would not buy them again. Answer:	Yes and No :-) The reflectors are easily removable, and the hole are already threaded for toe clips. However, if you look at the picture, you will see that there is a lip above the reflector. This lip is on the front top of the pedals, and pushes the toe clips down about 1/8" and prevented my toe clips from attaching (front bottom would have been no problem, but there is no way to rotate them to make that happen). Maybe if you had some longer screws, you could add enough washer to get the toe clips in front of the lip.

Answer:	Therse are installed using an allen key. You insert the pedal into the crank arm, then take your allen key insert through the crank arm into the pedal and tighten.

Answer:	They are chrome moly shafts and i have been riding them for awhile now no problems no loosening up. as far as strikes are concerned i haven't hit them hard on any thing. At the price you can buy two sets for less than the cost of one pair of Specialized pedals and keep them on hand.
