Answer:	If your shoes take a Look type "Delta" cleat and that is what you use in spinning then yes, these will work. I have some older style Look pedals and I use these cleats in those pedals. I also use these cleats with my Peloton as I replaced the lousy pedals that come with the Peloton with my older Look pedals. These will NOT work with Look KEO...

Answer:	Check the bike pedals first before buying.
Question:	What the difference between the 9 degree and 0 degree ones
Answer:	I hope this answers your question rather than confuse you more. I don't think the float (movement) degree applies to indoor cycle pedals. Yellow cleats offer 6 degree float, Blue cleats offer 2 degrees and should have a proper fitting done. Red cleats offer 0 degree float and offer NO movement and again should have a proper fitting done with the desired pedals. I use the red cleats since I don't like movement and am usually cycling with minimal stops. Most people use the yellow cleats that offer more float and easier to get used to. 9 degree, 0 degree offer minimal movement of 4.5 degrees in either direction but essentially are the same. Maybe a professional cleat and pedal fit should done to prevent injury. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes one side is Delta and the other side is SDP. You don't have to change anything for those. You only have to change something if you want to use the cage for regular sneakers, in that case you have to put the cage on. My husband has Delta and I have SPD and these work perfectly for us.

Answer:	If you are unsure which shoe size would be a good fit for you, the best thing to do is to be measured for EU sizing at a local bike shop or shoe store.
Question:	do the cleats on these work with a Peleton bike
Answer:	The shoes don't come with cleats so you'll still have to purchase the look delta cleats to use your Peloton. But, yes, these shoes are compatible with look delta cleats so, once you've attached those, they will work with a Peloton.

Cycling shoes like the Gavin Road Bike Mesh Indoor Fitness Cycling Shoes are meant to be stiff, have a rigid sole, fit snugly and offer good support. They are designed to work with clipless pedal systems. These systems temporarily connect the shoe to the pedal (much like a ski binding system) for increased efficiency of power-transfer. They use a cleat installed on the bottom of each shoe and a matched fitting on the pedal. Cleats generally come with pedals and/or can be purchased separately for indoor cycling class.

Answer:	You can attach any brand of SPD clip, but it must be an SPD cleat (not Delta, LOOK, or SPD-SL). Our recommendation for best performance is the Shimano SM-SH51 cleat which is also available on Amazon.

In order to clip in with your new shoes, you'll need to install a set of SPD cleats. The Slipstream will not come with SPD cleats, so you will need to purchase these separately.

Any SPD cleat should be compatible with the shoes, and they are widely available for purchase online.

Please keep in mind that you will need a set of SPD cleats to install into your shoes in order to clip in. These are sold separately.

Look Delta Pedal

The Slipstream will NOT work with your pedals if they look like this.

Some bikes, such as Pelotons, will come equipped with these Delta style pedals. This is a different cleat than what our shoes use.

You can very easily install new SPD-compatible pedals on your bike if you would like to change that. Search online for guidance.

Dual Pedal

If your pedal has both SPD and Delta style connections, then you're good to go!

Some pedals come equipped with a different connection method on each side of the pedal. As long as one side of your pedal can accommodate an SPD cleat, you can use our shoes with ease (as long as you have an SPD cleat installed, of course).

Question:	Are these dual sided? One with a cage, and the other side for clips
Answer:	These are absolutely NOT dual sided. The bottom of the platform clips into the Peloton bike's stock pedal. Once this cage is clipped in you can only ride your Peloton with a pair of sneakers in the cages. You will need to remove this cage adapter in order to clip in with cycling shoes. Venzo has another product that includes dual sided pedals along with the cage adapter which would allow you to use the cages on one side and SPD cycling shoes on the other side.
Question:	From the pictures it looks like the toe cages are adjustable length-wise. Is this so? This is what we're looking for! Please advise
Answer:	The toe cage is adjustable to your shoe wide.

Answer:	Don't need an allen wrench for this item. Just slip them on, adjust the straps and klick them in... the allen wrench is needed to adjsut for the Pelaton shoes.
