Question:	What does the term "without springs" refer to
Answer:	There is another Model of this Explorer Bike Rack made for bikes with disc brake. This model has a spring-loaded cantilever section hinged on the back end of the rack. This section helps hold small items onto the rack without the use of bungee cords. I think this is what the term "without springs" refers to. The regular Topeak Explorer Bike Rack do not have this cantilever section. Cargo on this rack needs to be secured down on the rack with bungee cords, rope, etc. A picture of this Topeak Explorer Bike Rack for bikes with disc-brake can be found on their product web site.

Question:	Do I need a 180 rotor for the front and a 160 for the back
Answer:	Yes it a direct replacement. I just used this one to replace my dico 60 and it fit perfectly!

Answer:	If you back “uphill” like your driveway or whatever, you can either pin your coupler immobilized (as others mentioned) or you can install a solenoid that disables the brakes when your reverse lights come on.
Question:	Are adaptors included for 160mm front and rear? Also is it easy to shorten the cable without a bleed kit
Answer:	Shane,I do not remember the exact dimension, but if the distance center to center to each bolt is 3.00 or 3.5, this is an exact replacement and should bolt right on. If yours is different, say 5.00 center to center, this is for the 2 bolts used to connect it to your trailer, than this is not a good fit.So you know, most trailer actuators have the same distance between mounting holes.Hope this helps!

Answer:	they are made in China. But if you’re worried about it’s quality don’t! I have the 203mm rotors and they are absolutely the greatest. I run sram guide brakes 4 piston brakes and I ran these for the first time on Bennett gap in Pisgah national forest and they worked perfectly. Better than the 180mm that came on the bike. No heat no squishiness.
Question:	How to measure for front disk rotor size. I dont have disk brakes yet but my fork has mounting braket . .. Oh its a 26" wheel. Thx alot
Answer:	Order the brake that comes with the mounting bracket to match the rotor size you want or order a caliper without it and get the bracket separately. The difference is in how far the mounting bracket moves the caliper from the hub—the caliper itself doesn't care. The other thing you're going to need to know is the rotor mounting diameter so can order the right rotor. You can measure that at the hub, but you have to be accurate as the differences aren't large (until you try to mount the wrong one) or you can look up your hub model's specifications online and that should tell you more accurately. The model should be on the hub or you might be able to look up your bike online and find what model hub is on it, providing the wheels haven't been swapped out.
