Answer:	They're rubber tires with an innertube, like a bicycle. I bought my trike in 2008 for my daughter and my third child is now riding it. The tires are still good, and I bought my first replacement innertube for it about a week ago.

Answer:	I have purchased three of these bikes for my grandchildren. The youngest who is 2 can reach the pedals when the seat is in the forward most position but hasn't quite mastered pedaling. He uses his feet to push himself along and occasionally practices trying to pedal. The oldest of the grands that has this bike is 5 and fits perfect with the seat set the furthest back and she rides it around like a speed demon with plenty of room to extend her legs far enough to pedal. This is a great bike and totally worth every penny I spent on them. The seat position is very easy to adjust so I purchased the third one to keep at my house, grandmas, for when the grands are here on the weekends. On a scale of 1-5 I would definitely give this bike a 5 plus.

Question:	Can you pedal the bike backwards? We just got one and it clicks when the pedals move in a backward motion, but the tires don't move. Is it broken
Answer:	It ticks when you pedal backwards. On a level surface, you can get a tiny tiny bit of backwards movement. At that point they will just push back with there feet. Also brings up another good point that you kid must use their feet as brakes.

Answer:	Depends on how tall your niece is. My son is barely 3 when we got this for him. His height is in 95 percentile (he looks like a 5 yo due to his height) so the seat is set to the farthest adjustment as his legs are quite long. We think he’ll be exceeding the limit sooner than we think. He’s now 3.5 yo and 44” tall and it looks like he’s cramped up when he drives it.

Answer:	It can be used in the snow. We bought one for our little guy who was 2 then (4 now) and we have toted it around with us everywhere. We have used it at the beach, in the snow, in the dirt and mud. It has held up very well and he loves it.
