Answer:	I cannot give you specific measurements but i can tell you my 4 year old got it 2 months before her 4th b/d. She is very petite and the lowest position she is able to touch the ground with both feet while on the seat. She loves this bike and rides it every day.

Answer:	Missy,This product is awesome! yes, it can get wet, I also put it right outside our kitchen door and has survived really bad storms etc, the flies just fly right by our kitchen and go to the Fly Trap. Since we live next to a horse farm, we probably get 100 flies in it over 15 days. It works amazingly well. For garbage cans, 1 might last you 2 months.

Answer:	Nooooo! Don't put it inside a living area! It stinks really bad! One bag broke in the dining room by accident while I filling it up with water in the kitchen and it was the biggest mistake ever. Couldn't get the smell out for months even when we washed the carpet. Answer:	I would assume so, as training wheels can be added to pretty much any bike - just a matter of adjusting them after installing on the axle. I got this bike as the next step in moving daughter off of training wheels, so I'm going to try the balance buddy instead with it.

Answer:	Yes, the bike has both hand and foot brakes. My daughter hasn't quite figured out how to use the hand brakes, but they are there.
