Answer:	First adjust tension per the manual. If still uneven, the wire spring that pushes the pads apart is mounted into a slotted nut. This nut was rotated too far causing one pad on the front wheel to always rub.

Answer:	Correct there is no kickstand. However, I bought one at my local hardware store and it fits/works perfectly with this bike.

No good!! By the time we got frustrated enough, the warranty had lapsed... the company told us we should have brought it in to a professional bike mechanic... Which is ridiculous... that would cost more than the bike itself! It's in the dump now!

Question:	We need a seat that can go down lower. Is there an option for a 7 inch stem on the seat
Answer:	I wear hearing aids too. I can make the hood tight enough to keep the hearing aids dry. I don't believe you may have problems with your hearing aids. Mine are worn over the ear, so i have to keep them dry.
Question:	I just received the item and I am missing the stem cap. Can we assemble this without that part
Answer:	No, to me it is regular length. I ready like the jacket it is WATER PROOF and wind proof. I use it for coaching.

Answer:	It has a mesh lining with micro fleece around the neck cuff. Does a great job of not collecting humidity unlike some other jackets of this type. This is a great jacket for weather.
