Answer:	No. If I had known there wasn't a place for them to rest their feet I wouldn't have purchased. my 20m old can reach the pedal just doesnt know how to use them so his feet drag on the ground. He loves the trike just I cant seem to get him to use it properly and it doesnt have a foot rest like other models.

Answer:	It only makes the ticking noise when the kid's feet are on the pedals keeping the pedals stationary as you push. Not sure why they designed it this way. But if your kid puts his feet up on the wheel well, like my kid then the ticking stops.
Question:	Does this trike make loud noise going over sidewalks because of the plastic wheels? Trying to avoid the loud noise that her Step 2 car makes
Answer:	Not as noisy as the car, but sounds like plastic wheels on pavement. Also, if their feet are on the pedals, it makes a clicking sound if they aren't pedaling. None of this detracts from our enjoyment of the bike.

Question:	Do the handle bars turn with the parent control
Answer:	Hello dear, The short answer is no they do not. The longer explanation would be - in parent control mode, the parent handle controls the front wheel and the direction of the ride. While that happens, the child control components are disconnected from the wheel. In other words, while the trike is in parent control mode, the child can turn the handlebars but it won't take affect on the wheel. Same goes for pedaling, in parent control mode, the child can turn the pedals, but it won't turn the wheel.

Answer:	Yes, but it does depend on how many notebooks and their size. But you could fit multiple special bound notebooks with no problem. There is a lot of room.

Answer:	It will, depending on how the weight of the carrying strap and inner padding is distributed. It does have a flat bottom and mine is standing upright next to my desk right now. But I don't think it's an intentional design feature, it's just something the something the bag will do if all the stars align. Usually, I just lean the empty bag up against my desk. Been very happy with the bag so far.

Question:	Do we need to assemble this? if yes what tools required to assemble it
Answer:	Yes but the assembly was easy. Follow the direction closley on the handle bar assemly important to get that right. As i recall the rear wheel was already attached to the frame. The front wheel is easy too, just be sure that the wheel locks are used. You will need two adjustable wrenches a Phillips screw driver and a pair of pliers. Also the tires will need air. Be careful, the 12" tires will take only a little air, don't overfill. My Grand daughter loves hers. It is very pretty!

Answer:	Oh my yes, we bought this for our sons 3rd birthday, it's was the best present so far! We get so many compliments everywhere, boardwalk, camping or just riding down our street! Our son was 42" at 3 years old!

Answer:	Yes. I would say this bike was perfect for my daughter. She was 2 years old when I got it. She couldn't quite peddle and I knew that would happen. Thats why I went with this bike because of the handle. She learned how to peddle and dont want any more help but i still have the bar just for when we come to a hill. She is almost 4 now and I would say its still in perfect shape.
Question:	Is it possible to take the pedals off to make this a "balance bike" temporarily
Answer:	Yes. It works great as a balance bike too. I took off the pedals and the training wheels and lowered the seat as low as it would go. My 3.5 year old loved it and learned to balance and lean into turns on his own over the summer.

Answer:	Hello, There is a manual that was included that will show you how the engage and disengage the pedals. The button in the center of the wheel needs to be pushed in to engage or disengage. If you are pushing the Tricycoo 4.1, the pedals should be unlocked. Question:	We just assembled the trike but cannot lock the footrest in place. Any suggestions
Answer:	They're rubber tires with an innertube, like a bicycle. I bought my trike in 2008 for my daughter and my third child is now riding it. The tires are still good, and I bought my first replacement innertube for it about a week ago.

Answer:	no push bar. But the inflated tires and adjustable seat make it a bit easier for the child to learn to pedal for him(her)self. My two year old grandson loved his and was able to pedal by himself fairly quickly.

Answer:	I used to live on a gravel road, so I understand. It should work ok, but not great. I don't think you'll find anything out there that will work better though. It definitely will be better than one of the tricycles with plastic tires!

Answer:	I have purchased three of these bikes for my grandchildren. The youngest who is 2 can reach the pedals when the seat is in the forward most position but hasn't quite mastered pedaling. He uses his feet to push himself along and occasionally practices trying to pedal. The oldest of the grands that has this bike is 5 and fits perfect with the seat set the furthest back and she rides it around like a speed demon with plenty of room to extend her legs far enough to pedal. This is a great bike and totally worth every penny I spent on them. The seat position is very easy to adjust so I purchased the third one to keep at my house, grandmas, for when the grands are here on the weekends. On a scale of 1-5 I would definitely give this bike a 5 plus.

Question:	will the wheels damage hardwood floors
Answer:	Great question, nope! We have wooden floors at home. I do clean the wheels after outdoor use but that’s about it. It’s great for small spaces too! Overall we are extremely happy with XJD!
Question:	There is no clamp for the seat, where is the clamp
Answer:	I'm not sure, honestly. If you are referring the seat clamp lever then there is not one. You have to use an Allen wrench to losen and tighten the screw to adjust seat height. If its the whole clamp then I would contact the seller to inform them you never received it. That is of it isn't on the frame or bike seat bar already. Sorry, I hope this helps.
