Answer:	I designed a pondless waterfall using two Aquascape waterfall spillways to give me a split level two source waterfall. My "pondless" water reservoir at the bottom is 3'x7'x4' deep. I have a 9000gph Aquascape pump with a single line 4" hose that pumps the water to the top that has a 5' rise. I have a splitter at the top that runs the 4" hoses to the two spillways. I have had this waterfall setup for 4 years having the waterfall run 24/7 from Spring to Fall. These spillways have been maintenance free with a natural looking waterfall flow from the two spillways. These spillways work exactly as they are advertised without an ounce of problems or disappointment. Two unrelated suggestions is to: make sure you remove your pump before winter, clean and brush off any rust, and then coat the exterior with grease and store in your basement. Second, avoid filling your "pondless" reservoir with a lot of rock or stones. Fill the reservoir with the plastic crates and then cover with a heavy plastic netting to limit debris from going into the reservoir. This will make much easier to clean out the reservoir both when you winterize it and when you want to clean it in Spring to start it up again.

Answer:	Because I've never handled the 83001 kit I can't provide you definitive information for comparison purposes, just my assumptions based off of all the research I've done on both kits. The 83001 appears to be coming the new standard for waterfall builders. When you look at how the kits are assembled it makes sense. The aqua blocks provide much more flexibility in creating your layout especially when you get into tighter spaces where you have less room to work with. This also comes into play from an effort standpoint when you consider the amount of digging you have to do if this is a DIY project. The aqua basin that comes in 83013 kit is pretty big so you have to dig out a larger area which some people may not have the real estate (or stamina) to accommodate along with all of the decor and landscaping material they want to include in their project. Depending on your design the pump vault may be easier to access for maintenance and cleaning than the pump that's located inside the aqua basin on the earlier kit. So again it's a personal preference thing. When you compare the kit contents component for component the pumps seem to be identical They have the same flow rate the same reliability factor and the same industry reputation amongst pond and waterfall builders so I don't think you can go wrong with either. The only differences that I noted between the two kits is the hose that feeds the spillway is shorter on the 83-013 kit and the underlayment that they provided with my kit was basically a 4x6 piece of underlayment. That was way too small and would only provide liner support right at the aqua basin. I'm not sure of the exact dimensions of the newer kits underlayment but it seems significantly larger. I ended up having to buy a separate much larger and thicker underlayment. It might have been overkill but for the amount of work I've put into my project I feel it's worthwhile insurance to prevent a puncture. Basically these two kids are very identical minus a few very minor differences. My advice is determine the complexity and location of your waterfall and see which kit will best suit those two factors. The big giant fixed basin or the smaller more customizable aqua block and pump vault? Then go from there. If you follow the instructions and hit up a couple of the YouTube channels that specialize in this for some detailed insider tips and knowledge you won't go wrong either way. Answer:	primary objective was blood sugar control (which was achieved), but I lost 50 lb in 6 months with no major dietary changes. If weight loss is your primary objective I would also recommend consulting a nutritionist, as weight loss with an cardio program can start off very fast (6-10 lb a month for first 4 months) at first, but get disappointing as it slows down a few months (typically 2-5 lb/month now). I typically do 5000-7000 calories a week at resistance 5-8. I believe this is because as you decrease your body size, you require less maintenance calories, as this loss is relatively constant 2-4% per month.
Question:	How do I avoid being shocked when connecting this to power my time machine
Answer:	Shock cannot be avoided, it is essential to jumping through time; forward only. You must use a file to remove the finish off 2 small areas on the bike frame and remove handle bar grips and seat cover. Then, cut the female end off of an extension cord, strip the wires. Attach 2 appropriately sized hose clamps to the frame, tight enough to just stay in place. Insert the ends of the stripped wire btween clamps and frame, 1 wire per clamp. Tighten clamps. Get on the bike and pedal near max speed. When you’re dripping with sweat and you’re ready for time jump have an assistant plug the cord into any wall outlet. When you wake up it will be tomorrow but it will seem like a blink of an eye. Worst case senerio it will only be an hour in the future or you may be eternally suspended in the “jump” phase and never land. This bike IS a time machine.

What is Schwinn SmartStart? It is a complete redesign of bike geometry to better match a child's body type to create a more comfortable, ideal riding position. This includes a lighter bike frame for added control, smaller grip diameters to match smaller hands, and a more narrow pedal position to match children's smaller hips. Other kids bikes are just shrunken down versions of adult bikes.

On a SmartStart bike, there will be less wobble while the child pedals so they will feel more confident and comfortable while going through the learning process. Answer:	First adjust tension per the manual. If still uneven, the wire spring that pushes the pads apart is mounted into a slotted nut. This nut was rotated too far causing one pad on the front wheel to always rub.
