Answer:	The holder works well but you may have to use another type of liner depending on the diameter of your top tube. Mine was too large for the provided liner and too small without so I had to"rig" it myself. That was really no problem in my opinion though. I have only set the combination once and have not had to reset it, but it works easily enough. Overall I am pleased with the setup and would recommend this product.

Answer:	You can try greasing the mechanism with some WD-40 or some silicone and seeing if that will give you enough lubricant to twist it and get it to reset. I have not personally had this problem with the lock, but I have had that issue with other locks and if that won't help then you might just need to buy another one

How to reset the passwords

This lock is preset to operate at 0000. To set your own combination, follow the steps below:

1. Dial the combination wheels to 0000 and withdraw the cable.
2. Turn the knob 90 degrees clockwise to the designated position (Notice :Not 45 degree)
3. Reset the combination wheels to the desired combination, making sure the numbers are lined up with the pointer.
4. Have selecting your combination numbers(such as 0008) turn the knob back to the original position in a counterclockwise direction.
5. The new combination is now set( 0008 is new combination )

Answer:	When you unlock the bike lock, the center of the lock pops up like a button, releasing the one side. To relock, push the side released back in and hold, while pushing the button down. It's actually really easy to use and easier to manage. Also appears difficult to break/bypass for theft.

Question:	Is it possible to lock up 2 bikes with this lock
Answer:	You can if you are only locking up the two frames to a bike rack or the two wheels. You won't be able to lock up both wheels and frames to the rack. Check out Abus's folding lock. Those should be big and tough enough to keep both bikes secured.
Question:	Just received the lock but it does not include a mounting bracket. For this kind of money it should. Anyone else get a bracket
Answer:	Indeed, irritating. I've got several of these locks (family) and I learned to look for the bundled mount after the first one (rarer, but the bundle can be found and does seem to save you $5-$10 relative to buying separate).

Question:	What makes this worth twice the price of a Kryptonite
Answer:	The price is actually quite similar to a Kryptonite, depending on which model you buy for each brand. This is similar to the Kryptonite New York Lock which is rated 9/10 by Kryptonite, where this is rated 15/15 by ABUS. The Kryptonite New York Lock has an internal dimension for 4X8 where as ABUS is 4.25 X 9 which gives you just slightly more room in case you have a thick bike frame. I personally like the subdued colors of ABUS (vs the orange or yellow of Kryptonite, although it might make finding your bike easier).
