Answer:	The ingredients seem fine. My 23 year old son found it and asked to get for him. He previously asked for other energy drinks and I did not get them because those as a rule are loaded with dugar and caffeine. This one seemed just fine. Answer:	One could probably fill this from a drinking fountain depending on the height level of the water spout. Yes, a 10 year old could fill this comfortably and without any help. N/B: The size of this hydration pack might be on the smaller side for a 10 year old. I will suggest getting the CamelBak M.U.L.E 100oz as it is a better size and the 10 year old can grow into it just fine.

Answer:	I have put the bladder in the freezer and water has frozen in it. The bladder was fine as the water thawed. The only issue I had was that the connector for the tube froze and I had to run it under hot water to get it to click in properly.

Answer:	It twists off. I find that grabbing the webbing of the lid and twisting while holding the handle at the bottome of the opening works best.

It gets thrown around, tossed on the floor, dropped in puddles and so much more yet hasn't lost a stitch, gained a tear or frayed in any way. I LOVE this bag and find it incredibly durable.

Answer:	Yes! I use this backpack to carry college textbooks, notebooks, and my lap top (15 inch) with tons of room to spare. I also carry a tablet, coloring books and a marker case because I work nights and needed room for both at work. It carries additional cords, extension cord, ear buds and other accessories to go along with all of the above. My pack weighs about 35 lbs to lift but is light and well balanced on my back. I still have plenty of room to add a sweatshirt. The pack seems to hold up well to the weight and amount of items.
