Answer:	there is a sticker inside in back of the helmet, the sticker is black so it blends in with the inside of the helmet, the writing is in light gray and is hard to read because the print is very small, and it does list the country of origin. Most Giro if not all are made in China.

Answer:	do the m. Not only is there an overlap in sizes (in reality), but there's two reasons why. 1. The MIPS insert reduces the actual size about 1/4 - 1/2 cm. 2. If you ever wear anything on your head, it will take extra space as well

Answer:	I have both and I prefer the synthe. It's lighter, slightly smaller in overall size, and it's actually more quiet when your riding faster. The cinder is a great helmet too but I can tell the air moves smoother over the synthe by the noise.

Answer:	I have a very large head. This is the only helmet I've had that adjusted to sit correctly on my head. It is adjustable to smaller sizes. In short, I would say that one size does fit all.

Answer:	This helmets does run larger than most. I didn’t know the exact measurement of my head, but I was able to compare with a fitted hat guide. This helmet adjusts up to size 8 ball cap, roughly.

Check and fasten loose straps

Notice which strap is loose. Tighten the loose strap after removing the helmet. To tighten the chin strap, hold the buckle with one hand. Then pull the excess strap in through. Note: Please check adjustment each time this helmet is worn

Tighten the rear strap

To tighten the rear strap, pull excess from the rear of strap2. Hold the helmet with one hand. With the other hand, hold the strap where they pass under your chin. Then pull from side to side to balance the length of all four straps.

Check it if wear properly

The helmet must sit firmly and level on your head. To check for people tension, put on the helmet and fasten the buckle. Open your mouth. You should feel the strap pulling against your chin.

Answer:	It comes with a visor. I don't know if the visor can be reordered. But it is separate from the helmet.

Answer:	Those are not actually plugs on the helmet. Just push the prong on the visor through the center of the dot that looks like a plug. Start with the center front one. You will have to slightly stretch the side of the visor back until the prong lines up with the side plug/socket then press it in. My helmet's directions made no mention of a visor in any way, lol.
Question:	My head measures about 22.5". which size (m or l) would be the better option? thanks
Answer:	Go with the large. My head is just under 21” and the medium feels snug sometimes.
Question:	how to charge the rear light ? is it removable from the helmet or do you chargre it from the inside
Answer:	You have to get the light out of the helmet to charge it. I found it impossible to pull out from the outside---don't even try or you might damage the exterior. However, from the inside, I found a small hole that I used to push it out with a long key. There is no hinge, no velcro strap, it must be pushed straight out. It is USB rechargeable.

Answer:	Kevin, It doesn't work for me. As a comparison, I recently bought Sena R1 bluetooth helmets to allow communications between me and my wife. The Sena R1 does allow for my sunglasses to rest in the top vents when off in the usual upside down position. Not so with my Giro Isode MIPS helmet. That aside, the Giro is a comfortable and reliable MIPS helmet.

Answer:	Unfortunately, I don’t know about the other item you mentioned. This helmet is excellent and provides good protection.

Answer:	Best I can say is: when I put it on my head fully open, I turn the tightening knob 12 clicks to shrink it to my size. Just measured my head and it was about 23" or 58 cm. it tightens beyond that still another 15 clicks. My sons can tighten it down to their size as well (they're mid teens).

Answer:	Yes I did Live! I was going 20+ mph down hill on a concrete side walk and the next think I knew I was flying over my handle bars. My head hit hard. It is the best $16 I have ever spend on my life.
