Answer:	Fully adjustable for the size range indicated in the description. The helmet has a rotating knob in the back to adjust around the head and the chin strap is fully adjustable. It fits just like a normal helmet. The chin strap is tucked away in the picture, which is why you can’t see it. FYI, Fits my 4 year old perfectly and will most likely last several years. I imagine this will fit until she is 8-10 at least. she used the Giro scamp when she was 3 since that is a better fit at that age.

Answer:	I don’t think there is one. It’s cold where I live and we get kids gloves a lot. Use the age of your kid and adjust it.

Answer:	MIPS was designed to mitigate concussions in certain type impacts. The inner MIPS layer moves in opposite direction with helmet. I think the technology was developed from NASCAR.

Answer:	It depends. Did the seller send it, or was it FBA (Fulfilled By Amazon)? The latter is sent by Amazon's bots from their warehouse, and unfortunately they do make errors far beyond normal levels. I would strongly suspect that lightning will not strike twice, but with bots there are no guarantees.

Fitting a Helmet

Here are some guidelines to getting the best fit for a bike helmet.

• Eyes: The rim of the helmet should be up to 1 to 2 finger widths above the eyebrows
• Ears: The straps should form a V under just beneath the ear lobe
• Mouth: When the rider opens her mouth, the buckle should feel snug on the chin and the helmet should hug the head

Before using the helmet, stand in front of the mirror and grab the helmet with both hands and twist it to the left and to the right. If the helmet fits right, the skin on the forehead will move as the helmet moves. If it does not, then the helmet is too loose and is unsafe for use and you need to start over.

Answer:	Only to a point. If they get worn or are even a little wet they are not that great on the smooth monkey bars. My daughter used them on the monkey bars for some time and thought they were great.

Answer:	I ordered the Youth Medium for my 8 year-old grandson (he wears a size 10 in clothing) and they were just right -- snug but not too small. I went to the Giro website to get more information about the sizing before I ordered. The gloves are supposed fit nice and snug because otherwise they won't do what they are designed to do.

Answer:	These gloves were a disappointment. Sizing was a problem, finally returned for a different brand.
Question:	Would these work to protect hands while doing gymnastics on asphalt for a parade
Answer:	It depends. How skilled as a gymnast are you? The gymnasts I know don’t wear gloves. Aren’t you worried about fitting in? Also, does the parade even allow gloves? Additionally, will the gloves match your costume? What type of parade is it? What about protecting your head? Maybe you want to wear a helmet as well. Asphalt, as you know, is hard and very hot it it is sunny. So I suggest a full range of protection, including sunscreen, helmet, and gloves.
Question:	Is there a size difference between Large and youth Large
Answer:	I believe that these gloves are meant to be for youth . . . . so, Youth Large is the largest youth size. (This size fits my average-sized ten year old son perfectly.)

Answer:	My kids occasionally drop it on the floor and it’s held up but I do ask them not to toss their helmets on the ground because I don’t want them to compromise the integrity of the helmet.
